Apple’s Value Drops By More Than Facebook’s Entire Worth In Three Months

Published

on

Apple is the most valuable company on the planet. Amazon and Alphabet are locked in a fierce battle along with Microsoft. Tencent, Berkshire Hathaway, Alibaba, Facebook, JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America are playing catch-up, albeit they are mighty in their respective niches.

Apple has a market cap of $1 trillion. But the value of its shares has nosedived by around $446 billion in just three months. The behemoth had admitted that the battery for its flagship iPhone does deteriorate in due course of time. It is also dealing with other pressing issues.

What’s noteworthy is the loss of value for Apple is more than what Facebook is worth. The largest social network in the world is worth around $445 billion.
